~ Bedroom 2: Twin beds.

~ Bedroom 3: Twin Beds.

~ Bedroom 4: Double bed, en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, WC.

~ Bedroom 5: (On third floor) Comprises of a large room, double bed, beamed ceiling, en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, basin, WC.

There are two convertible beds available for additional persons.

From the hallway, stairs to first floor is the sitting/dining room which features a large baronial room with high vaulted and beamed ceiling, stone tiled floor, large windows and double glazed doors to patio, TV, video, DVD. Outside is a small stream/pools, approximately 2 acres of patios, lawns and pastureland with trees, shrubs and flower gardens, with outdoor furniture available plus BBQ.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric ceramic hob and range, microwave, larder fridge, leading off to the utility room with boilers, freezer, washing machine, dryer and sink. Leading off from the utility room is the cloakroom comprising of sink and WC.

From dining room, stairs to second floor where there is a galleried walkway leading to bedroom 5. All double rooms have 5ft beds.

Access is via a short flight of steps leading to the front door or via the courtyard from Easton Court into the Kitchen. This is comfortably furnished with a fitted bench and chairs providing seating around the dining table. Well fitted and equipped, with an electric hob and built-under oven, integral fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and part glazed door to patio which borders the courtyard of Easton Court. Bench’s and table and chairs are situated in the front and on the patio to enable you to get the most of the sunshine. There is also a barbeque.

Stone tiled flooring throughout downstairs with curved walls and a wood burner set in brick hearth in the living room with 2 x two seater settee’s and large window overlooking garden alongside the lane. TV with video and DVD.

Stairs from living room to two bedrooms, one overlooking the courtyard with double bed, the other with double and single bed with rural views. Both have fitted wardrobes and en suite shower rooms with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Both properties have ample parking. Under floor heating and telephone for incoming and local calls. Duvets, pillows and all linen provided, with tenants to bring all towels.
